We invite all alumni to join us for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Join new and old friends from the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery for a round of golf at the beautiful Belmont Country Club. Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 am before a shotgun start at 1:00 pm. We invite players and their families to stay and join us for a celebratory cocktail reception at 6:00 pm.
Tickets are $300 per player. Please indicate your interest on the registration form and a team member will follow up with details.
