It is Mass Eye and Ear's policy to ensure that persons with disabilities have a full and equal opportunity to benefit from the goods, services, privileges, advantages, and accommodations offered by Mass Eye and Ear through its online platforms, including MassEyeAndEar.org and future patient-focused applications.
We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of this website and, in doing so, adhere to internationally accepted standards and guidelines. Mass Eye and Ear provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats). We also provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
