Preparing for Your Doctor's Appointment

Thank you for choosing Mass Eye and Ear for your care.

We are offering both virtual visits and in-person visits.

  • With a virtual visit, you can conveniently see your provider from home through your computer, device or phone.
  • In-person visits are the face-to-face visits you are used to with enhanced safety measures. These visits are particularly appropriate when the doctor needs to examine you or you need specific tests.

If you have an in-person visit coming up, please review the following information on what to expect. Preparing in advance for your appointment will help your visit go smoothly.

Mask and Screening Policy Update

Please note that our screening and masking policies are changing on May 12, 2023 following the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.
