The Mass Eye and Ear Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is located on the ground floor of our Boston campus, 243 Charles Street, Boston, MA 02114.

Virtual Visits Available

You may request a virtual (telemedicine) visit for non-urgent appointments with a Mass Eye and Ear physician.

If you are a new patient, you must register with Mass Eye and Ear. This is the first step to scheduling an appointment.
