Mass Eye and Ear is an organization with a rich history and an exemplary employee population. Primarily outpatient, the culture is one that respects both the legacy and the future potential of its employees. Every employee makes a difference every day in providing a high quality experience for patients at all levels of care.

Founded in 1824 by Drs. Edward Reynolds and John Jeffries, the organization has earned an international reputation for its successful treatment of the most difficult diseases and conditions of the eye, ear, nose, throat, head and neck and for its outstanding contributions to medical research and education. Mass Eye and Ear is a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.

Our pay rates and benefits are competitive and we are dedicated to honoring cultural diversity, flexible scheduling and continuing education. We are large enough to provide growth opportunities and small enough to know one another. We are primarily on a hospital campus in downtown Boston and also in the Longwood medical area as well as numerous suburban sites.
