Program Details
Objectives
This fellowship is a one- or two-year experience, depending upon individual goals, designed to produce an academic facial plastic surgeon ready to acquire independent funding as a junior faculty member in an academic setting. Experience is heavy in facial re-animation, free gracilis transfer, nasal surgery, and soft tissue techniques. The cosmetic component is mostly office-based. Research and global surgery opportunities are available throughout the course of the program.
Salary and Benefits
Salary and benefits are commensurate with years of training and with that of the other Mass Eye and Ear fellowships. Malpractice coverage is also included.
