Public Notice Regarding Service Excellence
Service excellence is an important component of quality care at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. When a patient or their family members/significant others are not satisfied with the care /service provided at Mass. Eye and Ear or have an unresolved a concern or complaint about patient care or safety, we encourage them to contact a member of hospital management in the individual department.
When the matter remains unresolved, the patient or their family members/significant others are encouraged to contact the Patient Relations Manager for assistance. When the issue remains unresolved the patient or their family members/significant others may contact an external agency for assistance.
