Postdoctoral Research Training Program
The goal of the Postdoctoral Research Program at Mass Eye and Ear and Schepens Eye Research Institute of Mass Eye and Ear is to oversee the training of fellows (PhD, MD, or MD, PhD) who have chosen to conduct research in the laboratories of any of our faculty.
While you conduct full-time research under the guidance of a chosen mentor, an assigned advisor and members of the Training Committee (chaired by Patricia D’Amore, PhD, MBA, and Meredith Gregory-Ksander, PhD) will follow your progress to optimize the training experience. Instruction and guidance in Responsible Conduct of Research and a range of “soft skills” (e.g. work-life balance, grant writing, time management, etc.) is provided.
